Original recipe makes 1 Servings
1 Egg; beaten
1/4 cWhite wine - optional
1 tsSugar
2 tbButter or margarine
1/2 tsSalt
3 cSoft bread crumbs
2 1/2 cChopped Tomatoes
1 tsWorcestershire sauce or
1/4 tsPaprika or pepper
2 cCanned salmon; drained
1 Chopped green pepper -
1/4 cOnions; chopped

Salmon and Tomato Scallop Preparation

Mix all ingredients and place in a greased baking dish or a pie crust. The top may be sprinkled with grated cheese if desired.
