Original recipe makes 6
1 1/2 cVegetable oil
1/4 cDry white wine
1 lgAvocado; sliced
6 Clovesgarlic; peeled
2 1/2 tsDijon mustard
2 lbSalmon fillet; skinless
2 tbLemon juice
2 Tomatoes; cut into wedges
2 Eggs
1/4 tsSalt
1/2 tsPepper
1 1/2 colive oil
Tabasco sauce

Salmon in Aioli Sauce Preparation

Preheat oven to 375F. In food processor combine egg, mustard, salt, and lemon juice. With the machine running, gradually add oils. Blend garlic, pepper, and Tabasco. Check seasoning and add extra lemon juice if desired. Spread half of the sauce in a shallow baking dish (7 x 12 inches) and top with fish. Pour in wine and remaining aioli sauce. I wouldn't bake salmon in this aioli sauce again. The fish was good, but the sauce really was awful. I think it'd be a great sauce to serve on the side with baked fish though.
