Mexican take on Black beans, green chiles and feta
Combine all ingredients except cilantro and 2/3 of the feta. In to a 1.2 litre casserole dish. Top with remaining 1/3 feta. Bake at 180C (356F) for 20 min.
When cheese on top has browned slightly and casserole is heated thru remove from oven.Let stand 5 min. Then garnish with cilantro leaves and serve.
Make are the casserole is not to wet when it goes in the oven otherwise the cheese on top will not brown
