Original recipe makes 4 Servings
1 cnCream Of Mushroom Soup; (10
1 cnSliced mushrooms; (4 Oz)
2 mdPotatoes; peeled and diced
1 cnWhole kernal corn; (7 Oz)
2 tbOnion; chopped
salt and pepper; to taste
1 cnFrench fried onion rings; (3
1 lbLean ground beef

Busy Day Casserole Preparation

Place all ingredients, except onion rings, in a 3 quart casserole. Mix well. Cover. Microwave at high (100%) until potatoes are tender, 16 to 18 minutes, stirring twice during cooking time.
