Butter Pecan Mousse
Original recipe makes 4 Servings
| 2 pk(8oz) softened cream cheese |
| Toasted pecan pieces for |
| 1/4 cSugar |
| 1/4 cBrown Sugar; firmly packed |
| 1/2 tsTs vanilla |
| 1 cWhipping cream, whipped |
| 1 tbButter; melted |
| 3/4 cPecans |
| Garnish |
Butter Pecan Mousse Preparation
coat pecans with butter; bake on a baking sheet at 350F. about 5 minutes until toasted. Chop finely; set aside. Beat cream cheese; beat in sugars and vanilla. Stir in pecans. Fold whipped cream into pecans; stir into serving dishes. Garnis with toasted pecan pieces. Southern Living
