Original recipe makes 6 Servings
1/2 cOnions, finely chopped
1 tsMustard seeds
1/4 cGreen Pepper, finely chopped
1 tsCoriander seeds, crushed
1 dsOf Pepper
2 tbRed wine vinegar
4 Med. Tomatoes, peeled,
2 To 3 tbls. Green Chiles,
1/2 cCelery, finely chopped
1/4 cOlive oil or vegetable oil
1 tsSalt

Salsa Gruda (Fresh Tomato Salsa) Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Cover and chill at least 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve salsa with grilled chicken or fish.
