Throw everything into the food processor and puree. My 1/2 mexican roommate used to then throw the salsa into a pan and quick fry it for a few minutes. Tastes great either way. Cskrilla 2 years agoI like to roast the tomatillos and jalapenos in the oven on broil. An for that many tomatillos I would put more like 3 jalapenos or more.
