Suggest a better descriptionLightly Spray pie pan with Pam. Poke holes in pie crust with fork. Put in freezer for 15 minutes. Bake pie crust for 15 minutes @ 350.
Whip eggs and cream til well blended. Add all other ingredients and mix.
Pour into pie crust. Slice tomatoes and put on top.
Bake 45 minutes @ 350.
