| 1/4 tsCurry powder |
| 1 Lemon; grated rind only |
| 1/4 tsRubbed sage |
| 1/4 tsDried marjoram leaves |
| 1 tsBlack pepper |
| 1 tsOnion powder |
| 1/4 tsGarlic salt |
| 1/4 tsChili powder |
| 1/4 cKosher or Sea Salt |
| 1 tsDill weed |
| 1/4 tsPaprika |
| 1/4 tsOregano leaf |
Salt Spice Preparation
Mix all ingredients and store in a pepper grinder or put through blender to a very fine powder, using high sped. Makes about 1/2 cup. Keeps indefinitely at room temp. Source: Gloria Pitzers Secret Recipes Newsletters.
