"I tried a dash of low sodium Soy and added Mexican-style Chili Paste instead of the suggested Chilis (just a squirt.) I elected to use Vodka, which while not in keeping with the South-of-the-Border feel, is great because it let the other ingredients in this wonderful recipe come though. The lemon-lime/tomato/hint of anchovie rocked! NOTE: I just warmed the puree, and it turned out just fine after chilling." - revdrdark
