1/2 tbFreshly squeezed lime juice
2 tbFreshly chopped cilantro
1 Tomato, sliced
2 Cooked skinless, boneless
1 Avacado, peeled and sliced
Black Pepper; to taste
4 tbMayonnaise
Salt to taste
2 slSourdough bread, lightly
3 ozSliced LORRAINE cheese

Santa Fe Chicken Avacado Melt Preparation

Combine mayonnaise, 1-1/2 tablespoons cilantro, lime juice, salt and pepper. Spread on top of bread. Place chicken breast on bread. Layer tomatoes, avacado and Lorraine cheese. Broil sandwich until cheese melts. Sprinkle with remaining cilantro.
