1 c black beans; Canned, rinsed and drained
1 ts Chili powder
1 8.75-oz can whole kernel corn
2 tb Onion; minced
1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Vegetable oil
1 Jalapeno pepper; minced
1 c brown rice; Cooked, cooled
1 tb fresh cilantro; Snipped
2 tb Vinegar

Combine rice, beans, corn and onion in medium bowl. Whisk remaining ingredients in small bowl; pour over rice mixture. Chill 2 to 3 hours so flavors will blend. Stir before serving.
