It is an easy, quick and tasty way to make fish
Teen in the Kitchen recipe
1. Wash and dry fish, with a paper towel.
2. Season fish and leave to marinate.
3. Saute garlic, tomato, carrot, hot pepper, onion, sweet pepper, salt and pepper with margrine/ butter.
4. Coat fish with olive oil then stuff with saute mixture.
5. Wrap in foil paper and steam using the Plate Method for 10 mins on each side.
Season fish over night to get more flavor.
