| 1/2 tsHorseradish |
| 1/4 tsGround pepper |
| 3 tbVegetable oil |
| 1 tsWorcestershire Sauce |
| 1 lbBeef sirloin |

| 375 gNoodles; cooked and drained |
| 3 cFresh mushrooms; sliced |

Saucy Tomato Beef with Noodles Preparation
1. Cut beef into strips. 2. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a large non stick skillet until very hot. 3. Brown beef in parts, removing beef as its cooked; add additional 1 Tbsp oil as needed. 4. When all the meat is browned, in the same skillet heat remaining Tbsp oil; add mushrooms and onions and cook and stir until tender. 5. Stir in chili sauce, tomato juice, worcestershire sauce, horseradish and pepper. 6. Return beef to the pan, cook and stir until heated through, about 5 minutes. 7.
