Sausage Meat Balls
Ingredients
| 1 lbHot sausage |
| 1/2 cKetchup |
| 1/2 cChili sauce |
| 1 Egg; beaten |
| 1 1/2 tbVinegar |
| 1/3 cBread crumbs |
| 1/2 tsSage |
| 2 tbBrown sugar |
| 2 tbSoy sauce |
Sausage Meat Balls Preparation
Combine first 5 ingredients and roll into bite-sized balls. Place on an edged cookie sheet and bake at 425? for 20 minutes. While sausage balls are cooking, combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Add cooked sausage balls to sauce and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
