| 1/4 cClam juice |
| 1/4 colive oil |
| WALDINE VAN GEFFEN VGHC42A |
| 1/4 cParsley; chop |
| 3 cMarinara sauce |
| 3 clovesgarlic; mince |
| 1 cOnions; chop fine |
| 2 lbSquid; clean; slice |
| Salt and pepper |
| 2 tbFresh basil; chop |
| red pepper flakes; Crushed |
| 1/4 cWhite wine |
Calamari Marinara Preparation
