| 1/4 tsPepper |
| 1/2 tsDry mustard |
| 2 lbGround chuck |
| 1 mdGreen pepper; chopped |
| 1 4-oz jarchopped pimiento |
| 3/4 cOnion; chopped |
| 1 Bagegg noodles; wide |
| 1 8-oz cnTomato sauce |
| 1 4-oz cnTomatoes with green chilies |
| 1 16.5-oz cnCream style corn |
| 1 10-oz cnCondensed tomato soup |
| 1 1/2 tsSalt |
| 2 cCheddar cheese; shredded |
| 1 2.25-oz cnolives; Sliced, ripe |
California Casserole Preparation
Directions : in a large skillet cook ground chuck with green peppers and onions until the meat is browned and vegetables are tender; drain. add next 11 ingredients; mix thoroughly. add noodles mix well. pour into a dutch oven or a large baking dish. cover and bake at 350 degrees for 50 min. sprinkle with cheese; return to oven for 10 min. or until cheese melts.
