The best ever - NO breadcrumb extender, rich and flavoursome!
Skin the cod's roe (this can take most of the preparation time!) and pass through Mouli Mill or use Blender for whole process. Mix thoroughly with creamed butter, loosen the mix with tomato juice and add the tomato purée and lemon juice. Season with cayenne pepper and give final thorough mix. Pot in individual ramekins. Serve with toast. (Freezes brilliantly!)
