Suggest a better descriptionMix the turkey, bread crumbs, butter, salt, poultry seasoning, and pepper together. Make 4 patties about 1-inch thick, making about a 1/4 inch indentation in the center of each.
Heat the oil in medium skillet over medium-high heat until just smoking. Place the burgers in the skillet indentation side up and cook until the bottom are brown, about 3 minutes. Flip the burgers and continue to cook until light brown, about 3 minutes. Reduce the heat to low, partially cover the pan, and continue to cook the burgers until the center of each burger is completely opaque, about 7 minutes.
