Suggest a better description1. Cut the chicken into pieces 1-1/2" square with bone in or cut the joint. Cut the green onion about 1" long.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot, put eh chicken pieces in, add salt and fry about 8 minutes. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
3. Cover the pot, turn to low temperature, and simmer for another 20 minutes or until sauce is thickened. Serve hot with rice.
