Suggest a better description1. Clean the chicken wings, cut the joints of the wings into three sections and discard the wing tips. Marinate the chicken wings with soy sauce, rice wine, and salt for 30 minutes.
2. Heat 5 cups of oil, deep fry the chicken wings until golden brown. Remove and drain well.
3. Heat 1 T. oil, fry the green onion and ginger for a few seconds. Add the fried chicken wings and 1/2 cup water, bring to boiling. Then add seasoning sauce and stir well. Cover the frying pan, cook for 8 minutes until thickened. Mix well. Then remove to the platter and garnish with leaf lettuce. Serve hot with rice.
