2 Eggs; lightly beaten
2 tbButter; melted
2 cPancake mix; prepared
Maple syrup
1 lbBreakfast sausage
1 cn(12-oz) corn -or-
1 1/2 cFrozen corn
1 1/2 cmilk

Sausage Supper Squares Preparation

Date: Fri, 23 Feb 96 17:21 PST From: sduller@mail.awinc.com (duller) In a skillet, over medium heat, cook sausages 10 minutes, turning once until browned. In a large bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, eggs and butter; stir gently just to moisten. Stir in corn. Pour into 9 x 13 inch (3L) greased baking dish. Lay sausage on top. Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 30 minutes. Cut into squares and drizzle with maple syrup. NOTES: For a delightful brunch idea, serve this with a fresh fruit salad. Or try it with a fresh vegetable salad for a quick dinnertime meal. Nutritional Analysis/Serving; 671 Calories, 36 g Protein, 28 g Fat, 69 g Carbohydrate.
