Buy prepared shells and follow directions in package.
Cook and stir ground beef until brown; drain. Stir in water, chili powder, salt, garlic powder,mired pepper and kidney beans. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered, stir occasionally, 15 mins; cool 10 minutes.
Mix lettuce, cheese, olives, tomatoes and onion in 3qt bowl; toss with dressing. Pour ground beef moisture on top, toss. Divide among tortilla shells; garnish with avocado and sour cream. Serve immediately
