Original recipe makes 1 Servings
Marinated artichoke hearts
Olivada to taste
Large round Italian bread
Peeled slices of seeded
Assortment of cured meats
Slices of cheese like
Red wine vinegar or
Roasted sliced red peppers
Salt and pepper

Picnic Loaf Dinner Sandwich Preparation

Remove a little "cap" from top of bread and remove inside crumb from inside and sides. Spread olivada inside walls of bread; sprinkle with drops of vinegar and season each side with salt and pepper. Layer assorted cold cuts and cheeses inside, dotting layers with more olivada and slices of red peppers, cucumbers, and artichoke hearts. ONE MORE USE FOR OLIVADA Bring canned vegetable soup to a boil. Stir in olivada and freshly grated Parmesan cheese to change the nature of the soup.
