Delicious Baked Millet and Mozzarella patties. Loved by Raja Rafael.
Excellent results in May 2015.
Boil Water to Add to Millet Mix when browned.
Brown the millet then add spices and toast briefly
Then add carrots and parsley and boiling water.
Low boil for 25 minutes.
When millet soft, take off stove and stir in Mozzarella.
Let cool.
Shape into patties with small mason jar rings.
Dip both sides into sesame seeds and put on baking sheet.
Cook at 350 Degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
