Alisha's Thai Dish
SWEET & SOUR SAUCE
1/4 cup catsup
1 cup water
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons cornstarch
In a wok, fry the chicken in a small amount of oil. Fry the onion til translucent. Remove from wok.
Using about 1 cup of water cook red & yellow peppers; then add cucumbers; then the tomatoes; then the pineapple.
Cook til just crisp.
Add water if needed.
When veggies are crisp, add the sweet & sour sauce & cook til thick.
Serve over Rice.
