Suggest a better descriptionPlace steak & onion in shallow utility dish. Combine vinegar, water, catsup, brown sugar, salad oil, salt & hot sauce; mix & pour over steak. Turn steak, cover dish with foil & marinate in refrigerator 12-24 hours. Remove steak & place on rack in broiling pan; broil 3-4" from heat for 5 minutes. Turn steak, brush with marinade, & broil second side 5 minutes, or to desired doneness. Carve steak diagonally & across grain into very thin slices.
