Sprinkle on flour, salt, and onions. Pour milk all over. Dot with margarine. Cover and cook on HIGH for 8-10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Garnish with bacon bits and grated cheese. Let stand covered for five minutes before serving. DAVE
