Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 350 degrees. In medium stock pot over low heat, combine Heavy Cream, Yellow Pepper and Onion, Simmer for 5 minutes stirring accasionally. Add Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Rosemary, simmer for additional 25mintues stirring accasionally. Slowly add Cream Cheese and Monterrey Jack until paste is formed. Remove from heat. Gently fold in Crabmeat and transfer to baking dish. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Serve with Triscuits?.
