In a medium bowl combine
3 (8 oz. each) pkgs CREAM
2 tsCOCONUT EXTRACT
3 tbDARK RUM
Press onto bottom and sides
10 Min. cool.
1/2 cFlaked coconut
1/2 cVANILLA WAFERS or GRAHAM
3 tbBUTTER or MARGARINE, melted
CAKE
Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
1 cSugar
1 (8 oz.) can PINEAPPLE,
3 Eggs
1 cSour Cream
