Original recipe makes 8
1 cCelery; thinly sliced
1/2 cCarrots; shredded
3 tbSugar
3/4 tsPepper
1 1/2 tsSalt
1/2 cVegetable oil
1 cGreen onions; sliced
2 3-oz pkChicken Flavored
1 tbSoy sauce
1/2 tsfresh garlic; Minced
6 cGreen cabbage; shredded
3 cchicken; Diced, cooked
1/3 cRice vinegar
2 tbsesame seeds; Toasted

Sesame Ramen Chicken Salad Preparation

Cook Ramen Noodles in enough water to cover, adding flavor pkts. In a large bowl, toss together ramen noodles, cabbage, chicken, celery, onions and carrots. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients until sugar dissolves. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss until all ingreidents are well coated. Chill for 1 hour before serving. Refrigerate if not being served immediately. MC formatting by bobbi744@sojourn.com Serving Ideas : Nice make-ahead pot-luck dish. Try using Savoy cabbage.
