| 1/2 cCarrots; shredded |
| 3 tbSugar |
| 3/4 tsPepper |
| 1 1/2 tsSalt |
| 1/2 cVegetable oil |
| 1 cGreen onions; sliced |
| 2 3-oz pkChicken Flavored |
| 1 tbSoy sauce |
| 1/2 tsfresh garlic; Minced |
| 6 cGreen cabbage; shredded |
| 3 cchicken; Diced, cooked |
| 1/3 cRice vinegar |
| 2 tbsesame seeds; Toasted |
Sesame Ramen Chicken Salad Preparation
Cook Ramen Noodles in enough water to cover, adding flavor pkts. In a large bowl, toss together ramen noodles, cabbage, chicken, celery, onions and carrots. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients until sugar dissolves. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss until all ingreidents are well coated. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
