1 large canRefried Beans
1/2 cLettuce; shredded
16 ozSour cream
1 cnOlives; optional
16 ozSalsa
4 Tomatoes; chopped
1 lbMonterey Jack Cheese,
3 Scallions; chopped
3 Avacados; pureed

Seven Layer Mexican Dip Preparation

Place shredded lettuce on bottom of dish Mix sour cream and taco seasoning mix for second layer Chop tomatoes and place in dish for third layer Mix some salsa and the can of refried until creamy for fourth layer Mix avacadoes with some salsa for fifth layer Spread Monterey Jack Cheese on top for sixth layer Sprinkle Scallions on top for decorative purposes NOTE: Always a favorite at the Radis house as well...Susie MacDonald brings it by whenever she comes.
