Makes 4 pint jars or 8 1/2 pint jars
Put everything except pectin in a 4 qt. pan and bring to a boil. Continue to bubble gently for 10 minutes. Add pectin, stir. Cook until spoon coats.
Put in jars, add lids, and process in a water bath 10 minutes.
