"This is a very simple fudge recipe using evaporated milk, marshmallows, and chocolate chips. We have been making this recipe for years with excellent results...creamy, chocolatey, sweet, and a perfect fudge texture! The only thing we do different from the directions is to line the prepared pan with overlapping sheets of parchment paper that had been greased on both sides. We push the paper into corners and up sides of pan and allow excess paper to overhang the pan edges to create handles for easy fudge removal." - sgrishka

Taste good. But was a lighter color and did not set up well enough to cut into perfect squares.
