1 cSugar
1 tsBaking soda
1 ccarrot; Finely grated
1/2 tsSalt
1 tsCinnamon
1/2 cCrushed pineapple; (with juice)
1/3 cApple sauce
1/2 cBran
2 Eggs
1 cFlour
1/3 cSalad oil
1 tsVanilla
1 tsBaking Powder

Carrot Pineapple Bran Muffins Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Add oil, applesauce, eggs, carrot, pineapple and vanilla. Blend on Low speed until all ingredients are moist, then beat for 2 minutes at Medium speed.
