A quick and easy but very tasty snack or starter.
Heat the oil, garlic, mixed herbs and vegetables in a saucepan over a medium heat for 5 minutes. For quickness, frozen vegetables are great! Meanwhile, make up the chicken stock according to instructions, pour into mixture and bring to the boil. Add noodles of your choice (thin dried wheat noodles work well) and simmer for 5 minutes. Finally add the chopped cooked chicken breast and simmer for another 2 minutes.
