Shoestring Candy Preparation
Microwave chips just until melted. Stir in potatoes a little at a time. Drop by tablespoonfuls on waxed paper. Cool at room temp. Simple! Just dont cook chips too long or it will be too stiff to add potatoes. I guess you could add parafin wax to make the candy shinier, but I never have.
