1/2 cItalian dressing
1 smThinly sliced tomato
6 Fresh spinach leaves
6 slBoiled ham
1/2 Peeled thinly sliced cuke
1 cShredded mozzarella cheese
6 slTurkey
1 Loaf round sourdough bread
(no stems)
1 smThinly sliced red onion

Shore Leave Picnic Loaf Preparation

From: Gerald Edgerton Date: Thu, 23 May 1996 10:47:05 -0700 Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut slice from top of bread loaf. Remove center leaving 1/2" shell. Lightly brush inside of shell and top with dressing. Fill shell with remaining ingredients. Cover top of bread loaf. Wrap in foil. Bake 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Cut into wedges. Serve hot or cold. 6 to 8 servings. Posted to Master Cook Recipes List, Digest #95
