1 cMushrooms; sliced
3 tbSoya sauce.
1/2 cgreen pepper; Diced
1/2 cred pepper; Diced
Salt
1 19-oz canpineabble chunks
Paprika
3 lbChicken peices; (up to 3-1/2)
Pepper
1 10-oz canconsomme

Pineapple Chicken - for the Holidays Preparation

Place chicken, skin side down on pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and lots of paprika. Add consomme. Cover and bake for 1 hr. at 350 degrees. Turn skin side up. Add pineapple, peppers, mushrooms, and soya sauce. Continue baking, covered until chicken is fork tender. Uncover and bake until brown.
