| 3/4 cbread crumbs; Soft |
| 3 tbButter; melted |
| 1/2 cCheddar; Coarsely shredded |
| 1/2 tsSalt; optional |
| 1/2 cMayonnaise |
| 1 cnCream of celery soup |
| 1 16-oz pkcauliflower, frozen |
Cauliflower Au Gratin Preparation
Place frozen cauliflower in 1 1/2 quart shallow baking pan; sprinkle salt. Combine soup and milk; blend well. Pour over cauliflower. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover. Mix bread crumbs, butter and cheese; sprinkle over cauliflower and bake 20 minutes longer. 6 servings. Posted to recipelu-digest by "Diane Geary"
