3 Green onions; & tops; chopped
2 Eggs
3 tbKikkoman Soy Sauce
1/4 lbshrimp; Cooked, chopped
2 tbVegetable oil
3 cCold cooked rice

Shrimp Fried Rice Preparation

Blend eggs with 2 Tbsp. water; set aside. Heat oil in wok or large skillet over medium heat. Add green onions; stir-fry 30 seconds. Add eggs; cook, stirring gently, until firm. Stir in rice and cook until heated, gently separating grains. Add shrimp and soy sauce; cook, stirring, until mixture is well blended and heated through.     I really enjoyed this dish I made it as a side with Orange Chicken. It's very easy to make and not to salty. I added extra shrimp still came out wonderful

    Easy enough for a house husband whose wife only eats seafood or vegetable. Quick and easy, she loved it. I had 8 large frozen uncooked unpeeled shrimp and modified. Used green peppers and yellow onions instead as that was all in the pantry.
