Original recipe makes 4
1/2 cOnion; chopped
1 cnBeef broth
1/2 cBell pepper; chopped
1/2 cGreen Onions; chopped
1/2 Stickmargarine
1 1/2 cRice; uncooked
1 cnRotel tomatoes; with green
1 cnMushrooms
1/2 cCelery; chopped
1 lbShrimp; peeled and deveined

Shrimp Jumbalaya Preparation

    Didn't have as much spice as I would like but that is an easy fix for my tastes. It was delicious!

    I cooked this dish tonight, I was pleased..although I altered it a bit...for example I used chicken broth instead of beef broth, I subsituted the shrimp with chicken breast. It was great added Cajun seasoning, it was the bomb!
