"Good recipe, very tasty. I'll be making a few adjustments to suit my family's taste. Seemed heavy on the lemon and light on the garlic. We chose to serve over angel hair. Next time we will actually toss the pasta in the big Scampi pan and add a bit more oil so that the flavors combine with the pasta. Overall, a very good mild Scampi. Thank you for posting."- Yme405

wayne1991 9 months agoVery good recipe I also added lil more garlic and used olive oil instead of veg oil. In the end of cooking I sprinkled Parmesan on top it tasted great and tightened up a little.
TexasGrl 9 months agoI will definitely make this dish again. I added more garlic and used olive oil instead of vegetable oil. After removing shrimp , added angel hair pasta to sauce and served it with the shrimp on top. Very pretty and delicious dish. The next time I make this, I will start onion and garlic in wine before adding butter, etc. My hubby loved this dish.

bionerd15 10 months agoVery, very good recipe and super easy! I followed the followed the recipes ingredients but I added a lot more green onions and garlic and like other people have said I thought the sauce was a little thin so I added a little cream cheese and that helped a lot. My husband really liked this dish, I will definitely be making it again!!
dmartin1 10 months agoJust following the recipe, the 'sauce' is too thin, I added about 2 large spoonfuls of sour cream to make it a bit thicker and it really helped
