Shrimp Scampi
didn't use Tabasco (I'm a wuss), and I always add asparagus to my scampi dishes. MMMM scampi. :)

Love this! Added a tbsp of heavy cream and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese. The crushed red pepper added some heat that really made it stand out from other scampi's. Will be making this again--soon!

Really enjoyed this dish. I used less oil and added 1/4 cup of white wine and 1/4 tsp of crushed red pepper. Served over linguini and topped with shredded Parmesan cheese. Will make again :)

I added some green pepper, carrots and mushrooms and more lemon juice. It was thick and creamy.

Great Flavor!!! The sauce was a little runny so I might add cream or something to thicken.

I added diced celery and carrots to the mix for bulk and added cream right at the end. Delicious.

Wonderful recipe! Make with Papa Johns Garlic sauce and garlic with Pizza Hut's red pepper flakes.

Very good recipe I also added lil more garlic and used olive oil instead of veg oil. In the end of cooking I sprinkled Parmesan on top it tasted great and tightened up a little.

I will definitely make this dish again. I added more garlic and used olive oil instead of vegetable oil. After removing shrimp , added angel hair pasta to sauce and served it with the shrimp on top. Very pretty and delicious dish. The next time I make this, I will start onion and garlic in wine before adding butter, etc. My hubby loved this dish.
