jck1225 ,I used this for my base recipe. I added chopped spinach at the end, along with about a cup of chicken broth, to get more sauce for the noodles. Turned out fantastic. Also, did not use parsley or lemon zest.4y
ladyhoffman ,Made this again--I love this recipe. I use 8 tbsp of butter, a tbsp of olive oil and add mushroom to the garlic and onion. Serve over spaghetti or angel hair.5y

ladyhoffman ,Love this! Added a tbsp of heavy cream and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese. The crushed red pepper added some heat that really made it stand out from other scampi's. Will be making this again--soon!9y
jackiechan042003 ,Really enjoyed this dish. I used less oil and added 1/4 cup of white wine and 1/4 tsp of crushed red pepper. Served over linguini and topped with shredded Parmesan cheese. Will make again :)9y
