Love this! Added a tbsp of heavy cream and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese. The crushed red pepper added some heat that really made it stand out from other scampi's. Will be making this again--soon!

Really enjoyed this dish. I used less oil and added 1/4 cup of white wine and 1/4 tsp of crushed red pepper. Served over linguini and topped with shredded Parmesan cheese. Will make again :)

I added some green pepper, carrots and mushrooms and more lemon juice. It was thick and creamy.

My boys loved this.

Great Flavor!!! The sauce was a little runny so I might add cream or something to thicken.
