Shrimp Stew over Grits
Original recipe makes 8
| 1 pk; peeled frozen small |
| 2 10.75-oz cancream of celery |
| 1/8 tsPepper |
| 1 mdGreen bell pepper; diced |
| 1 Bay leaf |
| 1 tbWorcestershire Sauce |
| 1 mdOnion; chopped |
| 1 tbHot sauce |
| Cooked buttered grits |
Shrimp Stew over Grits Preparation
Combine first 7 ingred. ia a Dutch oven; stir well. Bring to a boil over med. heat; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 20 min. Add shrimp, and cook 5-7 min., stirring occasionally. Remove bay leaf.
