Original recipe makes 10 Servings
1 Head cauliflower; separated
1 Head lettuce; chopped
1/2 cMayonnaise
1/3 cSugar
1/3 cParmesan cheese
salt and pepper; to taste
1 lbBacon; fried, drained,

Cauliflower Salad #1 Preparation

Place lettuce in bottom of 9x13 dish. Sprinkle bacon over lettuce. Layer florets over bacon. Sprinkle with sugar, spread with mayonnaise and top with cheese. Chill overnight. Toss and sprinkle with salt and pepper over salad to taste. Serves 10-12.
