| 1 tbDark sesame oil |
| 1/2 tsDried basil |
| 2 tbMinced fresh cilantro |
| 12 1/3 ozExtra-firm tofu; diced |
| 3 tbCreamy peanut butter |
| 4 Garlic; minced |
| 1/4 cFresh lime juice |
| 2 tsCurry powder |
| 4 Fat-free flour tortillas |
| 3 3/4 ozBean threads;, (cellophane |
| 3 tbHoney |
| 2 tbFresh lime juice |
| 1 1/2 cShredded cabbage; red |
| 1 1/2 cShredded carrots |
| 4 Garlic; minced |
| 1 tsChile paste with garlic |
| 4 Lettuce leaves |
| 3 tbLow sodium soy sauce |
| 1/2 cChopped red bell pepper |
| 1 tbFresh ginger root; peeled |
| 2 tbLow sodium soy sauce |
Siam Stir-Fry Wrap Preparation
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper, ginger, curry powder, garlic, cabbage and carrots; saute 4 minutes or until cabbage wilts. Stir in soy sauce, cilantro, basil, lime juice, and tofu; remove from heat. Cook bean threads in boiling water for 1 minute and drain well. Combine all ingredients for spicy peanut sauce in a small bowl; stir well with a whisk. Place 1 lettuce leaf on each tortilla; divide bean threads evenly over lettuce. Place 1 1/4 cups tofu mixture over bean threads; spoon 2 tablespoons of spicy peanut sauce over mixture and roll up.
