I didn't say this was going to be healthy.... :)
- In a slow cooker, combine the green beans, ham hocks, stock and bell peppers. Cook on high, 3 to 4 hours.
- With about an hour left to cook sprinkle in some good dashes of seasoned salt.
- When they are done, take the ham hock or bone out and shred all the meat that you can find off of it and put the meat back in the beans and discard the bone.

**you can also add some baby red potatoes maybe about 30-40 min before they are done, haven't tried this yet**
