a great summer BBQ salad!
A heavy blend of seasoning really punches up the flavor in this picnic favorite. While traditional recipes cling to milder, sweeter flavors, here freshly cooked bacon and ranch dressing deliver a hint of smoke and tanginess.
Cooking Directions
1. Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until tender. Drain.
2. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, onion, bacon and parsley. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over potato mixture; toss to coat. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled.
