Suggest a better descriptionPlace garlic on piece of foil to wrap. Drizzle with oil. Roast at 350 for 1/2 hour. Remove from heat and cool. Squeeze garlic out of skins and mash with fork. Scrape skin off of Brie and spread with garlic. Layer arugula, basil, pine nuts, chopped tomatoes and capers on top. Drizzle with olive oil. Heat until cheese begins to soften. Serve.
